69传媒faculty and staff have an exciting opportunity to volunteer with (AWB) in the area of online learning support and facilitation for AWB projects.
69传媒recently joined the , a consortium of Canadian universities and colleges that support the mission of the organization. Dr. Ann Braithwaite is on the AWB board and the contact person for UPEI.
ACENET: Introduction to Python

69传媒student earns McCall MacBain Regional Award
Reilly Sullivan, an honours biology student at the 69传媒, has been awarded a $5,000 McCall MacBain Regional Award. She placed among the top 95 of more than 700 Canadian applicants this year.
The scholarship recognizes engaged student leaders who have demonstrated exceptional character, community engagement, leadership potential, entrepreneurial spirit, academic strength, and intellectual curiosity. It provides funding for a full-time master鈥檚 or professional program at any public university in Canada.
AVC faculty and vet students improve lives of people and animals in Kenya
Earlier in January, four fourth-year doctor of veterinary medicine students from the Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC) at the 69传媒 (UPEI) packed their bags鈥攁nd their years of education鈥攁nd headed off for an unforgettable experience more than 10,000 kilometers away.
The students travelled to Meru County, Kenya, where they worked with smallholder farmers to enhance the health, productivity, and living conditions for dairy cattle and donkeys.

I came to 69传媒mainly to pursue my post-secondary education. I'm from Ghana which is situated in the Western part of the African continent. Travelling to Canada was motivated by the opportunities I had heard other immigrants testify about Canada. In search of a good university to continue my education, 69传媒was referred to me by a relative.
