Billets are needed from September 17鈥�21 for students taking part in the 29th annual Canadian National Student Leadership Conference (CSLC) at Montague Regional High School. 69传媒will welcome 750 of the CSLC students and approximately 250 advisor delegates on September 20. 69传媒is a proud sponsor of this event and would appreciate any support from 69传媒staff and faculty.

Representatives from Dalhousie University Faculty of Dentistry will be on campus on September 19 at 1:00 pm in room 106 of the Health Sciences Building for a presentation and question/answer session.

The next deadline for submitting Biosafety Protocols including new applications, renewals and/or amendments for review at this meeting is Friday September 20 2013. Please ensure that you download and use the current forms from . Use Adobe Reader to complete the forms.
Submit one copy of the original protocol with signatures to 200 Kelley Memorial Building. Those protocols received after the deadline will be reviewed the following month. For more information, please contact Joy Knight at 620-5104.

This year marks the 50th anniversary of Korea-Canada Diplomatic Relations. It's formally recognized by both governments as 鈥渢he Year of Korea in Canada鈥� and 鈥渢he Year of Canada in Korea.鈥� A special presentation by Mr. Hee-yong Cho, South Korean Ambassador to Canada will take place on Thursday, September 12, 3:30鈥�4:20 pm, in the Faculty Lounge, Main Building. Mr. Cho will introduce the past, present, and future of Korea-Canada diplomatic relations and discuss a strategic partnership between two nations by identifying new ways to enhance South Korea鈥檚 relationships with Atlantic Canada. He will educate 69传媒students, faculty, staff, and the general public about this vital topic and its international implications for educational, business, or career opportunities and benefits in PEI or South Korea.
