The 69传媒Department of Music Recital Series 2013-2014 is pleased to present A Cornucopia of Music featuring David Parker, horn; Frances Gray, piano; Morgan Saulnier, flute on Sunday, September 22, 2013 at 7:30 pm in the Dr. Steel Recital, 69传媒campus. Admission is $15 adults/$10 students and seniors. Tickets are available during weekday office hours from music@upei.ca/566-0507 or at the door. The concert will feature works by Saint-Saens, Strauss, Messiaen, Brahms, Poulenc and others. Come join us for a pleasant evening!

The 69传媒women's hockey and rugby teams will host the third annual UPEI Kitchen Party on Friday, September 27 at Peakes Quay. A reception and silent auction will begin at 6:00 pm, followed by a delicious lobster dinner served at 6:30. Funds raised will directly support the student-athlete experience via athletic awards, professional training, elite exhibition schedules, and more. Tickets are available for $40 per seat, or $320 per table of eight. The 69传媒women's basketball team will host a fundraising golf tournament on Thursday, September 19 at the Rustico Resort Golf & Tennis Club. The 2013 Hoops & Greens Golf Classic will begin with check-in at 9:00 am and a shotgun start at 10:00 am. Teams of four can register for $400 per team which includes their green fee, a post-round barbecue, on course contests, and awards/door prizes. Registration deadline is Monday, September 16. To register, contact Panther Central at (902) 566-0368 or panthercentral@upei.ca, or contact Tournament Organizer Adrian Murray at asmasm6655@gmail.com
On Monday, September 16, the 69传媒Accounting Office will be closed until 1:00 pm in order to process all first semester tuition charges. Campus faculty and staff are encouraged to use the drop boxes located outside the Accounting Office or within Procurement Services during this time.
