Join us on Tuesday-Friday (April 30-May 8) for a 30-minute walk around campus. Amanda Embleton & Brittany Gallant, third-year nursing students working with Athletics & Recreation, are forming a walking club on campus. They will meet each day in the quadrangle area in front of the clock. They'll be walking and talking about various health topics including proper walking posture, warning signs of stress, heart health, the importance of sleep, etc. This program is free and we hope to see a big turn out...so, step away from your desks at noon time!!! For more information, please contact Angela Marchbank, fitness & wellness coordinator at 566-0606 or amarchbank@upei.ca.
