Atlantic-IMN launches new round of Promise Scholarship program

The Atlantic Indigenous Mentorship Network (Atlantic-IMN) has announced the launch of another round of its Promise Scholarship program funded by the and Dalhousie University. 

The Atlantic-IMN Promise Scholarship program is for Indigenous high school students who will be graduating from high school in 2023 and who are applying to attend a health-related program at a post-secondary institution for the next school year (Fall 2023 or Winter 2024).

The value of the Promise Scholarship award is between $1,500 and $2,000: 

  • A portion of funds ($500) will be awarded to successful applicants when they officially accept an offer of admission to a health-related program for the following school year (2023/2024). 
  • The remaining funds will be awarded when the student officially begins their PSE program (in Fall 2023 or Winter 2024).
