The 69传媒 community is saddened to learn of the passing of the Honourable Doris Margaret Anderson, CM, of St. Peter鈥檚 Bay, PEI, aged 100 years.
Dr. Anderson attended Prince of Wales College and graduated from Acadia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1944 and from Cornell University with a Master of Science degree in 1951. She founded the home economics program at 69传媒where she was a professor from 1969 until 1988. In 1994, she was named professor emerita, and in 2009, was honoured with a Distinguished Alumni Award.
