Are you using the CTRL key to the fullest? Here are some handy shortcuts you might not know about:

Ctrl + D opens the font window

Ctrl + F opens the find box

Ctrl + L  aligns the line or selected text to the left

Ctrl + K  inserts a hyperlink

Ctrl + M  indents the paragraph

Ctrl + 1  single-space lines

Ctrl + 2  double-space lines

Ctrl + 5  1.5 line spacing

Ctrl + Alt + T  inserts the trademark symbol
