Dr. Roger Gordon, retired 69传媒professor, former Dean of Science, and author will join members of the MacLauchlan family and the 69传媒campus community to celebrate the achievements of students, faculty, and staff at the fourth annual MacLauchlan Prizes for Effective Writing Celebration.

The Celebration will take place on Friday, November 13 at 1:30 pm in Schurman Market Square, Don and Marion McDougall Hall.

The 69传媒Panther Subway Athletes of the Week for the week of November 2-8 are Anne Kiberd, Women鈥檚 Basketball and Tyler Scott, Men鈥檚 Basketball.

Dr. Tina Saksida, an assistant professor of management in the 69传媒School of Business, was a speaker in the Professional Development Workshop (PDW) entitled 鈥淐hange the World, Teach Evidence-Based Management鈥� that won the 2015 Best PDW Award in the Management Education & Development division of the Academy of Management annual conference. The award was sponsored by ASFOR (the Italian Association for Management Development).

The 69传媒Panther Subway Athletes of the Week for October 26-November 1 are Jerika Gimpel, Women鈥檚 Soccer, and Darcy Ashley, Men鈥檚 Hockey.

69传媒Athletics and Recreation selects these talented athletes to recognize their hard work and dedication to their respective sports. 

The 69传媒Cross Country team looks forward to competing in its first-ever AUS Cross Country Championship this weekend at Odell Park in Fredericton, N.B. The men鈥檚 and women鈥檚 teams have been working hard all season long and are excited about the opportunity to compete against the top runners in Atlantic Canada.
