The 69传媒women鈥檚 hockey team must win Tuesday night鈥檚 semi-final matchup at home against St. Francis Xavier to keep their AUS playoff hopes alive. The Panthers dropped game one in Antigonish over the weekend and now need two back-to-back wins to advance to the next round.
鈥淭he team is looking forward to hosting St. FX tomorrow night,鈥� said coach Bruce Donaldson. 鈥淕ame one showed us the importance of playing a full 60 minutes. St. FX has won 13 in a row, so clearly they are playing some great hockey. We need to stick to our assignments and play the Panther way for a full game.鈥�
The game starts at 7 pm on Tuesday in MacLauchlan Arena. PEI minor hockey players will be admitted free if they鈥檙e wearing their team jersey. Parents can get in for $5 if they present the Panther App at the ticket table. Download it today at the App Store or on Google Play.
