Fitness Programs

Plan to work off that Easter chocolate, candy, and turkey dinners by registering for one of our fitness classes. We have a new speed-training program which involves interval training and a speed portion around the track with fitness instructor Tracey Gairns-Brioux. Our TRX class involves suspension training which builds functional strength, improves flexibility, balance, and core stability. We have a variety of spin classes to pick from with cycling drills (intervals, speed, hills) and a super-strength combo which will help you achieve greater fitness and strength. Tony Landry will lead the fitness rowing class which provides each rower with a pace appropriate for each individual and you'll be exposed to endurance, speed and strength workouts.
