Newly designed ITSS web pages

IT Systems and Services (ITSS) has launched new web pages to create a more interactive and user-friendly environment with simplified content and easier access to the services offered by our department. As well, there is a new info site in the my69传媒Portal.
Highlights of our site include:
- FAQ and self service section
- A simplified help desk request form
- An ITSS services catalog
- New forms for IT system access and computer purchase requests (located in our my69传媒info site)
- Training materials for using Gmail Apps and Microsoft Office
