| Background: | This scholarship was established at the 69传媒 by Dennis Clough. Mr. Clough served as finance director at Saint Dunstan's University before it amalgamated with Prince of Wales College to form UPEI. Mr. Clough was named a 69传媒Founder at the 2007 Founder's Day Ceremony. In January 2018, this fund was endowed to provide for the scholarship in perpetuity. |
