| Background: | These annual scholarships are established at the 69传媒 by Bill Andrew and his wife, Denise. Bill Andrew received his Diploma in Engineering from 69传媒in 1973 and became Chancellor of the 69传媒 in 2004. Bill Andrew is currently President of Penn West Petroleum Ltd. and is active in various community and philanthropic endeavours. He is a founding member of the Friends of 69传媒group in Calgary, has a farm on PEI, and is active in PEI and national harness racing circles. |
