Since August 2022, Sundeep has been working as an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Sustainable Design Engineering (FSDE) at the 69传媒 (UPEI). He holds a PhD in Thermo-fluids specialization and has more than 3 years of postdoctoral research experience in various Canadian universities, such as McMaster University, University of Calgary, and Wilfrid Laurier University. He has co-authored 60+ publications in peer-reviewed journals and conferences and chaired three special symposiums at international conferences. He is also serving as a Guest Editor and Reviewer for several reputed journals and conferences and has reviewed more than 100 research papers to date. He has over 5 years of teaching experience and received multiple teaching excellence awards.
His current research expertise is highly inter-disciplinary and includes vast areas in the field of Mechanical and Biomedical engineering, such as Thermo-fluids; Computational Fluid Dynamics; Minimally Invasive Thermal Therapies; Bio-heat Transfer; Coupled Multiscale and Multiphysics Problems in Bioengineering; Complex Fluid Rheology; Sustainable and Environmental Engineering; and Numerical Modelling and Simulations.
