Meditation and Gentle Yoga - 69´«Ã½staff/faculty only
Yoga Instructor Pam Harris will guide you through a 45-minute class offering meditation and gentle yoga stretches. The meditation segment of the class creates more calm, inner peace, and balance that benefits both your emotional well-being and overall health
Thursdays 12:10–12:55 pm, with instructor Pam Harris-Stewart
Session 1: September 23–October 28
Session 2: November 4–December 16 (No class on November 11, Remembrance Day)
The class is FREE and for current 69´«Ã½employees only, provided by the Healthy Campus Committee and supported by the 69´«Ã½Employee Wellness Strategy. You do not need to have a sports centre membership in order to take this class.
Participants can only register for one session per semester.
